摘要 拔尖创新人才是各领域尤其是科学技术、管理等领域的关键性人才,国内外教育都急迫培养这类人才。本文以北华航天工业学院“钱学森”实验班为例,从培养目标、选拔机制、培养模式、课程设置等方面探索拔尖人才培养模式,为更好地因材施教,持续开展拔尖创新人才培养奠定坚实基础。 Top-notch innovative talents are the key talents in various fields,especially in science and technology,management and other fields.Domestic and foreign education is urgent to cultivate such talents.This paper,based on a case study from"Qian Xuesen"experimental class of North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering,explores the training mode of top-notch talents from the aspects of training objectives,selection mechanism,training mode and curriculum setting,so as to lay a solid foundation for better teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and to carry out the sustained training of top-notch innovative talents.
