摘要
论文对隧道掘进机液压系统中液压油液的污染度与温度等工况的监测方法和监测系统进行了单独研究,并且将两个系统组合到一起进行了系统设计。其中液压油污染度监测主要依据Lambert-Beer定律,通过光电传感器采集透射光强度,得到油液的污染度等级。油液温度监测的核心器件为温度传感器,配合油温处理装置,协作控制油阀动作,最终达到油温的动态平衡。最后对系统进行了验证,得到的验证结果与参考值相差不大,证明了系统的实用性。
The monitoring method and monitoring system of hydraulic fluid concentration and temperature in the hydraulic system of tunnel boring machine are studied separately,and thesetwo systems are combined in a system design.The monitoring of the degree of contamination of hydraulic oil is mainly based on the Lambert-Beer law,and the transmitted light intensity is collected by a photoelectric sensor to obtain the degree of contamination of the oil.The core device for oil temperature monitoring is a temperature sensor,which cooperates with an oil temperature processing device to cooperatively control the motion of the oil valve and finally achieve a dynamic balance of oil temperature.Finally,the system is verified and its verification results are not much different from the reference values,which proves the practicability of this system.
