第三代聚丙烯腈基碳纤维发展现状与分析 被引量:3

Development status and suggestion of the third generation PAN-based carbon fiber

摘要 聚丙烯腈基碳纤维是航空应用选材的理想材料,第三代碳纤维具有更高的强度和模量,可进一步减轻结构质量、提高结构效率,已成为碳纤维研究热点之一。综述了国外第三代聚丙烯腈基碳纤维发展现状、复合材料性能与应用情况,简要介绍了国内第三代聚丙烯腈基碳纤维发展现状,最后建议尽快开展国产第三代聚丙烯腈基碳纤维研制及其复合材料应用研究,以期实现国产聚丙烯腈基碳纤维系列化发展。 Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fibers have become the ideal materials for aviation application.The third generation carbon fibers have higher strength and modulus,which can further reduce structural weight and improve structural efficiency,and have become one of the research hot spots of carbon fibers.First,the development status,the performance and application of composite materials of the third generation PAN-based carbon fibers abroad were reviewed.Then,the development status of the third generation PAN-based carbon fibers in China was briefly introduced.Finally,it was suggested that we should research on the development of domestic third generation PAN-based carbon fibers and the application of composite materials as soon as possible,in order to achieve the series development of domestic PAN-based carbon fibers.
