摘要
碳纤维复合材料具有高强高模、耐腐蚀、低密度、热膨胀系数小等优异性能,被广泛应用于航空航天、军工装备、压力容器以及日常生活用品等领域。随着碳纤维复合材料需求量的增加,其废弃物也逐年增加,所以从碳纤维复合材料废弃物中回收碳纤维成为碳纤维领域重点研究的方向之一。综述了近几年再生碳纤维的主要回收方法,比较了各回收方法得到的再生碳纤维性能和原始碳纤维的性能差距,介绍了再生碳纤维在交通、医疗等领域的应用现状。
Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)is widely used in aerospace,military equipment,pressure vessels,and daily necessities due to its excellent properties such as high strength,high modulus,corrosion resistance,low density,low coefficient of thermal expansion.With the increase of the demand for carbon fiber composites,their waste is also increasing year by year.Therefore,recycling carbon fiber from CFRP waste has become the focus in the field of carbon fiber.In this paper,the main recovery methods of recycled carbon fiber in recent years were reviewed,the properties of recycled carbon fiber obtained by various recovery methods and the original carbon fiber were compared,and the application status of recycled carbon fiber in transportation,medical and other fields was introduced.
