阻燃抑烟剂锡酸锌和羟基锡酸锌协同阻燃研究进展

Research progress on synergistic flame retardancy of flame retardant and smoke suppressant zinc stannate and zinc hydroxystannate

摘要 锡酸锌及羟基锡酸锌是一类性能优良的高效阻燃抑烟剂,尽管它的成本较高,但其在阻燃材料上的应用仍然有巨大的潜力,众多学者研究将其与其他体系阻燃剂进行复配协同使用,提升体系阻燃抑烟性能,凸显了锡酸锌和羟基锡酸锌的协同作用。综述了近年来锡酸锌和羟基锡酸锌作为阻燃增效剂及抑烟剂与无机阻燃剂和有机阻燃剂的协同阻燃作用研究情况。 Zinc stannate and zinc hydroxystannate are a kind of high-efficient flame retardant and smoke suppressant with excellent performance.Although the cost is high,its application in flame retardant materials still has great potential.Many scholars have studied its use in combination with other system of flame retardants to improve the flame retardant and smoke suppression performance of the system,highlighting the synergistic effect of zinc stannate and zinc hydroxystannate.In this paper,the research status of the synergistic flame retardant effect of zinc stannate and zinc hydroxystannate as flame retardant synergists and smoke suppressants with inorganic flame retardants and organic flame retardants in recent years was reviewed.
