石墨烯及其衍生物在有机太阳能电池中的应用进展 被引量:2

Application progress of graphene and its derivative in organic solar cell

摘要 石墨烯是一种新型纳米材料,具有优异的导电、导热性能和独特的二维结构,在太阳能电池器件中作为透明电极、空穴/电子传输材料发挥了重要作用。综述了近年来石墨烯及其衍生物作为电极材料、受体材料、电子传输层材料以及空穴传输层材料在有机太阳能电池中的研究进展,指出了石墨烯基材料在有机太阳能电池应用中存在的问题,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。 Graphene is a new type of nanomaterial with excellent conductivity,thermal conductivity and unique2 Dstructure.It plays an important role as transparent electrode and hole/electron transport material in solar cell.The research progress of graphene and its derivatives as electrode materials,acceptor materials,electron transport layer materials and hole transport layer materials applied in organic solar cells was reviewed.The potential problems of graphene based materials in organic solar cells were pointed out,and the future research directions were prospected.
