摘要
为增强芳纶纤维与树脂基体的界面粘结力,采用LiCl乙醇溶液与KH560乙醇溶液对芳纶纤维进行改性,对改性前后的芳纶纤维表面的微观形貌、接触角、单纱强力、H试样抽拔及复合材料的拉伸性能进行测试分析。结果表明,改性后纤维表面粗糙度增加,与未改性试样相比,接触角减小38.16%,抽出力增大43.55%,其复合材料拉伸强力增加54.26%,有效地提升了力纤维与树脂间的界面粘结力。
In order to enhance the interfacial bonding force between the aramid fiber and the resin matrix,the LiCl ethanol solution and KH560 ethanol solution were used to modify the aramid fiber,and the surface microstructure,contact angle,single yarn strength,H sample drawing and tensile properties of the composite were tested and analyzed.The results shown that the surface roughness of the modified fiber increased and compared with the unmodified sample,the contact angle reduced by 38.16%,the pulling force increased by 43.55%,the tensile strength of the composite increased by 54.26%,and the interfacial bonding force between the fiber and the resin was effective.
