摘要
二硫化钼纳米片具有吸附能力强、催化活性高、能带结构特殊、摩擦性能优异等特点。介绍了二硫化钼纳米片的结构和物理化学性质,综述了机械剥离法、水热法、化学气相沉积法、液相剥离法等制备方法并总结了各种方法的优缺点,最后对二硫化钼纳米片制备方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)nanosheets have the characteristics of strong adsorption ability,high catalytic activity,special energy band structure and excellent friction performance.The structure and physicochemical properties of MoS2 nanosheets were introduced.Combined with domestic and foreign researches in recent years,four main methods for preparing MoS2 nanosheets were reviewed,which includes mechanical exfoliation,hydrothermal method,chemical vapor deposition and liquid exfoliation method.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.Finally,the research progress of MoS2 nanosheets was prospected.
