摘要
选择国内某低温阀门生产企业提供的低温球阀建立计算模型,借助有限元软件ANSYS分析不同环境工况下低温阀门的温度分布情况。为满足低温阀门填料函不结冰的要求,结合不同地区的环境温度和相对湿度条件,得出各地区低温球阀的设计方案。围绕滴水盘半径、焊接位置等进行研究并提出改进措施,以改善填料函处的温度场。
The calculation model was built in this articlebased on a cryogenic ball valve which was provided by a domestic cryogenic valve manufacturer.Under different environmental conditions,the temperature distribution of the cryogenic valve is analyzed by using ANSYS.In order to meet the requirement of ice free stuffing box,according to the conditions of ambient temperature and relative humidity in different regions,the design schemes of the cryogenic ball valve for different areas werederived.The improvement measures were proposed with respect to the radius of the dripping plate,the welding position and others so as to improve the temperature field at the stuffing box.
