摘要
对于管壳式换热器N型管箱结构,其中管箱筒体、壳程筒体与管板直接焊接,连接处是结构不连续区域,在工程设计中经常会遇到问题。文章从工程实例出发,分别按照GB/T 151—2014和ASME BPVC.VIII.1—2017 UHX篇进行计算,对结果进行分析比较,进而阐述该结构需要按照ASME计算的必要性,总结该结构中各零件厚度的变化对连接处应力以及管板中心处径向应力的影响。提出合理化的设计方案,为该结构的工程设计提供参考。
In N type channel structure in heat exchanger, both channel cylinder and shell cylinder are welded with tubesheet. In connection there is non-continuous structure, in which problems may be often encountered in engineering design. In this article, exampled with engineering practice, the calculation results based on GB/T 151—2014 and ASME BPVC. VⅢ-1—2017 were analyzed and compared, from which it was indicated that for this structure use of the method in ASME code is necessary. Moreover the influences of the changes of thicknesses in several parts to the stress in connection and radial stress in the center of tubesheet were summarized. The proper design scheme was, then, proposed, which may be referenced for the design of this structure later.
