摘要
考虑到化工原理中离心泵设备教学的实际困难和本校所选教材的局限性,本文介绍了几点教学体会:采用实物教学和理论教学相结合的方法讨论离心泵的结构和工作原理;采用变换参照物及静力学基本方程和流体力学基本方程相结合的方法推导离心泵的理论压头;围绕性能参数的计算公式讨论特性曲线的影响因素;通过比较管路特性曲线和泵特性曲线介绍工作点;从三个不同的角度定义汽蚀余量,并进行深度剖析。这种教学方法收到了很好的教学效果。
Some experiences on teaching of centrifugal pump in the course of principles of chemical engineering were proposed in view of difficulties of teaching equipment and limitations of our textbook.Structures and operational principles of centrifugal pump were studied using object teaching and theoretical teaching.Theoretical head was deduced by changing different reference objects and combining hydrostatic equation with fluid mechanical equations.Influence factors of characteristic curves were discussed based on calculation formulas of performance parameters.Operating point of centrifugal pump was studied by comparing characteristic curves of pump with pipe′s.Net positive suction head was discussed in three different definitions.Good teaching effects were achieved.
