摘要
针对当前计算机组成原理课程比较抽象、知识点难度大,理论与实践不能有效衔接、课程实践平台相比于产业界发展较为滞后等问题,结合RISC-V指令集(第五代精简指令集)具有开放、先进、高效等优势,提出基于RISC-V指令集及RISC-V E31处理器内核的课程实践方式,通过将这一优秀的开源指令集及相应的处理器内核引入课程教学,能够较大地促进学生对中央处理器CPU的理解,便于其掌握CPU的基本原理和设计要素。
Aiming at the current problems such as the abstract course of computer composition principle,the difficulty of knowledge points,the disconnections between theory and practice,the lagging development of course practice platform compared with the industry,and combined with RISC-V instruction set(the fifth generation of RISC instruction set)has many advantages such as opening,advancement and high efficiency,this paper puts forward to introduce the RISC-V instruction set and RISC-V E31 processor core into course practice.By introducing this excellent open source instruction set and the appropriate processor core into the course teaching,it can greatly promote the understanding of the central processing unit(CPU)for students,and it also can help the students to master the basic principles and design elements of CPU.
