摘要
随着信息时代的来临,伴随而来的是经济与科技的共同发展。在科技高速发展的今天,如何有效地将科技与金融结合、科技与产业结合,这成为了各国研究的重点,科技金融的发展也成为了我国高新技术产业深入发展的重要因素。以安徽省科技金融和高新技术产业发展状况为基础,选取2000—2018年的相关数据,对安徽省科技金融支持高新技术产业发展关系构建VAR自回归模型。研究结果显示:地方财政科技投入、科技贷款、劳动力投入和全年专利授权量对安徽省高新技术产业的发展均存在不同程度的影响。最后根据研究结果,并结合实际情况给出相关意见和建议。
With the advent of the information age,the common development of economy,science and technology follows.Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,how to effectively combine science and technology with finance and industry has become the research focal point in various countries.The technology and finance development have also become an important element in the in-depth development of China’s high-tech industry.Based on the technology and finance and high-tech industries status in Anhui Province,this research selects the relevant data from 2000 to 2018 and constructs a VAR autoregressive model according to the relationship between supporting the development of high-tech industries in technology and finance.At the same time,the research results show that regional financial technology input,science and technology loans,labor input and annual patents applications granted have different influences on the high-tech industries development in Anhui Province.Finally,On the basis of the results,this research combines with the actual situation and gives relevant opinions and suggestions.
