提高大型火电机组TSI振动卡件抗干扰性能的方法

摘要 针对某厂机组运行期间6号轴承振动波动大的现象进行分析,通过读取TDM中6号轴承X、Y方向的频谱曲线,对TSI振动卡件进行检查,并对振动信号的安装情况及前置器进行检查,发现振动大的主要原因是电磁场干扰。采取改变TDM输入信号的频率、更换安装支架和探头信号源等一系列措施之后,观察机组运行曲线,发现轴承振动波动情况有所改善。 In view of the large vibration fluctuation of No.6 bearing during the operation of a unit in a power plant,analysis is carried out.By reading the spectrum curves of No.6 bearing in X and Y direction in TDM,the TSI vibration clamp is checked,and the installation of vibration signal and proximitor are checked.It is found that the main reason of high vibration is electromagnetic interference.After taking a series of measures such as changing the frequency of TDM input signal,replacing the mounting bracket and probe signal source,the operation curves of the unit are obversed,it is found that the vibration fluctuation of the bearing is improved.
