摘要
本文开发了一种自动管道模型同步技术,实现了从布置模型到力学模型的高效转换,建立了一套基于群智能算法的优化方法,实现了对管道力学性能的快速优化,最终实现了核级管道布置与力学分析的协同优化设计框架,并开发了相应的软件工具,有效减少了管道调整过程中的迭代次数。
In present work,an automatic model transfer method is developed to convert the layout model to mechanical model.Moreover,an intelligence optimization algorithm based method is developed to optimize the mechanical performance of piping.Thus,a framework for collaborative design and optimization for nuclear piping layout and mechanical analysis is proposed.Meanwhile,anautomatic design software is developed,and the iterations during the piping design process is reduced effectively.
