摘要
《海仲燃油供应合同标准格式2019》是由中国海事仲裁委员会组织起草的船舶燃油供应合同标准格式,分为方格条款和文字条款两个部分。方格条款由10条组成,包括合同签订地点、合同签订日期、卖方、买方、等级与数量、船舶、交付地点、预计到达时间、价格、支付;文字条款由11条组成,包括燃油质量、燃油数量、取样、交付、支付、所有权与风险、合同解除、索赔、赔偿、不可抗力、准据法与仲裁。
Marine bunker supply is an important part of ship service.A marine bunkers contract is an agreement stipulating the rights and obligations of the bunker supplier and receiver.CMAC Bunkering Form 2019 was published by China Maritime Arbitration Commission,including 10 boxes,i.e.Place,Date,Seller,Buyer,Grades & Quantity,Vessel,Place of Delivery,ETA,Price and Payment,and 11 clauses,i.e.Quality,Quantity,Sampling,Delivery,Payment,Title and Risk,Termination,Claims,Indemnity,Force Majeure,Governing Law and Arbitration.
