摘要 基于多个切换开关的直流电机转速控制系统比传统的只有一个切换开关的系统有更高的可靠性。系统有多个冗余支路,每一冗余支路都有一个基于嵌入式单片机的切换开关,各切换开关的单片机之间相互通信。当正在工作的支路故障时,全部备份支路投入运行,然后选出一个正常的备份支路继续工作,其余支路很快退出。该系统比含有并联冗余的系统更节省能量和延长器件寿命。 A speed control DC motor system based on multi failover switches has higher reliability than the traditional failover redundancy structures that have single failover switch.There are several redundancy branches in this structure.Every redundancy branch matches a failover switch based on embedded chip.All of the chips in failover switches communicate each other.Once the working branch is out of work,all of the standby branches will go to work,then a normal standby branch is selected to continue work and other branches quit operation.The system can obtain higher reliability,and can save energy and life of devices than redundancy systems.
