摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的日益加深,居家养老需求日益强烈,构建老年友好型社区势在必行。基于《住宅设计规范》(GB50096-2011)的局部修订研究工作,分析老年人居住意愿与居家养老需求、住宅"不适老"问题、住区养老服务现状等内容。从需要适应住区全龄化的居住常态、提供适合老年人的环境支持、解决养老服务资源短缺的问题等方面总结老年友好型住区构建中面临的挑战,并从注重适度适老、注重空间品质与可持续性、注重线上与线下养老服务的有机结合等方面思考应对挑战的措施。
Due to the rapid aging of the population in China,the demand for home care for the elderly is increasing.Thus,it is imperative that we build age-friendly communities.Based on partial amendments and research on the Design Code for Residential Buildings(GB50096-2011),this article analyzes the requirements for residences for the elderly and home-based care,the issues of"inapplicable housing for the elderly",and the current provision of residential aged care services.By considering the residential status of people of all ages,the provision of suitable living environments for the elderly,and the shortage of elderly care service resources,this article summarizes the challenges in building age-friendly communities.It considers ways to cope with the issues,focusing on the needs of the elderly from space,quality,and sustainability.Finally,it discusses the integration of online and offline senior care services.
