摘要 应国家政策和环保要求,河钢乐亭顺利建设完成,其烧结车间配备了2台360 m^2烧结机。为充分考虑节能环保要求,烧结系统重点对混合制粒、机头布料、冷却机、成品筛分、烟气循环、粉尘治理等系统进行了优化设计与配置。特别是在烧结烟气治理上采用了活性焦烟气治理工艺和循环流化床脱硫+SCR脱硝处理工艺,烟气减排量达25%,污染物排放大大降低,达到国际先进水平。 In response to national policy and environmental protection requirements,the smooth construction of the HBIS Laoting,its sintering plant equipped with two 360 m^2 sintering machine. In order to fully consider the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection,the sintering system focuses on the optimized design and configuration of the mixing pelletizing system,head cloth,cooler,finished product screening system,flue gas circulation system and dust control system. In particular,the activated coke flue gas treatment process and the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization + SCR denitration treatment process have been used to treat the sintering flue gas. The emission of flue gas has been reduced by 25% and the emission of pollutants has been greatly reduced,reaching the international advanced level.
