摘要
三维激光扫描测量技术可大范围、高精度、高分辨率的以非接触的方式快速获取目标体表面每个采样点的三维坐标数据,目前该技术已经作为一种新型的测量方法出现在人们的视野。介绍了三维激光扫描的工作原理以及点云数据的处理方法,阐述了三维激光扫描技术在厂房改造设计、检测厂房及管道设备变形、器械零部件预拼接等方面的应用。结合现状,提出了三维激光扫描技术的改进与优化方向。
3D laser scanning measurement technology can quickly acquire the 3D coordinate data of each sampling point of the target surface in a large range,high precision and high resolution in a non-contact way.At present,this technology has appeared in people’s field of vision as a new measurement method.This paper introduces the working principle of three-dimensional laser scanning and the processing method of point cloud data,and expounds the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in the reconstruction design of workshop,the deformation detection of workshop and pipeline equipment,the pre-splicing of equipment parts,etc.Combined with the current situation,the improvement and optimization direction of 3D laser scanning technology are proposed.
