摘要
高职教师职业道德是教师素质的关键与核心,对于学生培养、教师成长、高职发展乃至于社会进步具有极为重要的意义。本文通过总结高职教师职业道德修养的问题和不足,如职业道德认识肤浅、职业理想弱化、名利思想严重等,提出了加强教师职业道德培训和示范机制;建立教师职业道德惩处机制和评估标准;培养高职教师职业道德的责任意识等提升途径。
Professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges is recognized as the key and core of teacher quality,which is of great significance to students’training,teachers’progress,college development and even social advancement.This paper raises problems of teachers’professional ethics in highervocational colleges,such as superficial cognition of professional morality,weakening professional ideal and chasing after fame and wealth.On this basis,the paper also discusses ways to strengthen the training of teachers’professional ethics and demonstration mechanism,establish reward and punishment mechanism and evaluation standards as well as enhance responsibility awareness of teachers in higher vocationalcolleges.
