摘要
针对电网企业资产设备管理中,设备招标采购无法获得设备运行状态信息、设备运维检修无法获取设备安装调试信息等信息断流问题,提出建立一种基于BOM结构树和RFID的设备管理系统。通过赋予设备RFID标签,贯穿在设备规划设计、招标采购、工程建设、运行维护、退役处置等各业务环节数据;同时,开发物资仓储移动作业、工程建设数据录入、设备移动巡检等移动应用实现数据在设备全生命周期的流转。通过开发设备单体成本分摊与归集和供应商综合评价指导设备采购,进而加强电网企业资产运行状态全过程监测能力,提升资产精益化管理水平,优化电网企业资产运营策略。
For the problems in asset management of power grid enterprises,for example,when bidding for purchase can’t be obtained equipment running status and the overhauling equipment unable to get information about device installation and debugging,the paper proposes a lean management system for equipment assets based on BOM tree and RFID,give equipment RFID tags,the RFID tags can penetrate equipment business such as planning,designing,bidding,purchasing,engineering construction,operation,maintenance and decommissioning and so on Meanwhile,develop mobile applications such as warehousing mobile operations,engineering construction data entry and equipment mobile inspection can realize the flow of data throughout the life cycle of the device.Through data analysis,equipment unit cost allocation and collection and supplier comprehensive evaluation,the system will assist in power grid enterprises purchasing equipment,strengthening the level of whole process monitoring of asset operation status and improving the management level of asset lean management.
