泛在电力物联网下配网台区状态综合评估研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有配网投资未考虑客户诉求和电网结构之间关系的问题,提出基于电力客户诉求和配变运行状态的配网台区状态综合评估方法。首先基于用户诉求信息,构建配网台区投诉数据池,借助自然语言处理等技术,从投诉数据池中提取供电质量相关的客户诉求特征,运用AHP算法构建基于客户诉求的台区状态评估模型;其次基于台区配变负载、电压等运行数据,提取配变运行状态特征指标,采用Topsis评估算法构建基于配变运行状态的台区状态评估模型;最后依托模型评估结果,结合专家经验,综合评估台区可靠性,得出配网薄弱环节,辅助指导配变投资项目优先顺序,提升精准投资效能和客户用电满意度。 Because the existing distribution network investment,the relationship between customer demands and grid structure is not considered.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of station area based on the demands of power customers and the operation state of distribution transformer.Firstly,a precise investment data pool is completed through mass customer requests.Then customer demands related to power supply quality are extracted from the complaint data pool applying natural language processing and other technologies.And this paper use AHP algorithm to build the platform area state evaluation model based on customer demands.Secondly,based on transformer running data with load and voltage,operation state characteristic is extracted,using TOPSIS evaluation algorithm to build the station state evaluation model based on the running state of transformer.Finally,relying on the evaluation results of the model and combing with expert experience,this paper comprehensively evaluate the reliability of the substation and find weak link of distribution network to assist in deciding the priority of distribution substation investment projects and to improve the precise investment resource efficiency and customer satisfaction.
