摘要 某风电机组基础发生沉降不均匀的现象,通过查阅风机基础设计图纸及现场勘查风机基础情况,发现导致基础沉降不均匀的原因是由于基础表面受到外部载荷持续性作用以及风机基础下与强风化白云岩之间有0.55 m厚度的粘土导致。采取堆载纠偏法对风机基础进行处理,并通过在纠偏过程中持续开展沉降观测,及时调整堆载重物的重量,使得风机基础沉降趋于安全范围,保证了风机的安全、稳定运行。 Uneven settlement occurs to the foundation of a certain wind generation set.By consulting the wind turbine foundation’s design drawings and carrying out the site survey of the wind turbine foundation,this paper finds that the uneven foundation settlement is caused by the continuous action of external load on the foundation surface and the 0.55 m thick clay between the turbine foundation and the highly weathered dolomite.The turbine foundation settlement is treated by using the deviation correction method of stacking load,and simultaneously,the settlement observation is carried out continuously in the process of deviation correction to timely adjust the weight of the stacked load,so that the settlement of the wind turbine foundation tends to a safe range,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the wind turbines.
