摘要
特高压换流阀是直流输电系统的核心设备,在其运行及试验过程中,会承受很高的直流电压应力。在电压应力下换流阀组件电压分布受冷却系统的影响较大。为改善阀内电压分布均匀性,根据换流阀的冷却系统参数对阀内冷却介质的电阻值进行计算,采用EMTDC软件仿真研究了不同电阻值对阀内电压分布的影响,得到阀组件在直流电压工况下的电压分布不均匀系数,对换流阀塔进行直流耐压试验,验证了仿真结果的可靠性。根据仿真、试验结果提出了换流阀冷却系统结构的改进方案,对改进后的阀塔进行仿真和试验,结果显示电压分布均匀性有明显改善。
UHVDC converter valve is the core equipment of DC transmission system.During its operation and test,it withstands high DC voltage stress.The voltage distribution of converter valve components under voltage stress is greatly affected by the cooling system.In order to improve the valve voltage distribution uniformity,the paper calculates the resistance of the cooling medium in valve according to the cooling system parameters of the converter valve.Then the paper uses EMTDC software to simulate and study the influence of different resistance values on the voltage distribution in the valve,and obtains the voltage distribution unevenness coefficient of the valve assembly under DC voltage condition,and also conducts DC voltage test on converter valve tower,verifying the reliability of simulation results.Finally,based on the simulation and test results,the paper proposes an improvement scheme for the cooling system structure of the converter valve,and simulates and tests the improved valve tower.The results show that the voltage distribution uniformity is significantly improved.
