摘要
鉴定90份有棱丝瓜(Luffa acutangula Roxb.)品种熟性,在同等水肥和统一田间管理下,测定90份有棱丝瓜第一雄花节位、第一雌花节位、始花期、第一坐果节位、始收期、早期产量6个熟性相关性状,对熟性相关性状进行相关性分析,了解各性状间联系,并通过聚类分析将有棱丝瓜种质进行分类。结果表明,不同有棱丝瓜种质熟性差异较大,6个熟性相关性状的平均变异系数为38.59%,早期产量变异系数最高,为64.68%,其次为第一雌花节位,为45.96%;相关性分析表明熟性相关性状间存在较强关联;将有棱丝瓜种质熟性相关性状进行聚类分析,可分为早熟类群、中熟类群和晚熟类群。
90 varieties of Luffa acutangula Roxb.were identified for maturity.Under the same water and fertilizer conditions and unified field management,six maturity related traits,including the first male flower node,the first female flower node,the initial flowering period,the first fruit setting node,the initial harvest period,and early yield,were measured in 90 samples of ribbed loofah,conduct correlation analysis on the maturity correlation,understand the relationships between various traits,and classify the Luffa acutangula Roxb.germplasm through cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in maturity among different Luffa acutangula Roxb.germplasm,with an average coefficient of variation of 38.59%for six maturity related traits.The coefficient of variation for early yield was the highest,at 64.68%,followed by the first female flower node,at 45.96%;correlation analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between maturity correlations;cluster analysis of the maturity correlation of the Luffa acutangula Roxb.germplasm could be divided into early maturity group,medium maturity group and late maturity group.
