摘要
结合2000—2023年蒌蒿(Artemisia selengensis Turcz)相关的文献,综述了蒌蒿种植规模与技术的发展、功能成分的提取与活性研究、营养成分、保鲜相关酶活性与产品加工技术、食用安全等,梳理了蒌蒿产业发展中遇到的问题和解决办法,总结现有的技术成果,并浅析蒌蒿研究方向。
Combined with literatures related to Artemisia selengensis from 2000 to 2023,the development of different planting scale and technologies,extraction and activity of different functional components,nutrition components,enzyme activities related to preservation,product processing technology,and food safety of Artemisia selengensis were reviewed.The problems and solutions encountered in the development of Artemisia selengensis industry were sorted out,the existing technical achievements were summarized,and the research direction of Artemisia selengensis was analyzed.
