龙安柚果实品质与土壤、叶片养分相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation of fruit quality,soil fertility and leaf nutrients of ‘Longan’pomelo

摘要 以四川省广安市26个龙安柚果园的土壤、叶片和果实为材料,通过相关性分析及多重线性回归分析,研究龙安柚果实品质与土壤肥力、叶片养分的关系。龙安柚土壤pH适宜,但42.31%的有机质和57.69%的碱解氮含量不足,61.54%的交换性钙和65.38%的有效铁过量;叶片氮、钾、锌含量不足分别占比80.77%、61.54%和76.92%,53.85%的叶片磷过量。相关性和回归分析表明,果实品质与土壤、叶片养分关系密切。可食率与叶片磷负相关,与叶片锰、锌正相关;可溶性固形物与土壤pH、土壤钙、叶片磷负相关,与叶片钙、锰正相关;维生素C与土壤磷钾、土壤铁、叶片氮负相关,与土壤氮、叶片磷正相关;还原糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖与土壤、叶片的关系一致,与土壤pH、叶片氮磷钾正相关,与土壤铁、叶片钙锰锌负相关。龙安柚果实品质主要受叶片氮、磷、钾、钙、锰、锌和土壤pH、氮、钾、铁的影响;果园管理可适当增施有机质和氮肥,减少钙、磷投入,并在叶面喷施钾肥和锌肥。 With the soil and leaves nutrients of 26‘Longan’pomelo orchards in Guang’an City of Sichuan Province as the study subjects,by using the correlation and multiple linear regression to analyze the relationship between fruit quality.The pH of soil was suitable,but 42.31%of organic matter and 57.69%of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen(AN)were insufficient,61.54%of exchangeable calcium and 65.38%of available iron were excessive.The proportion of nitrogen(N)and potassium(K)and zinc deficiency in leaves were80.77%,61.54%and 76.92%respectively,and the proportion of phosphorus(P)excess in leaves was 53.85%.Correlation and regression analysis showed that fruit quality was closely related to soil and leaves nutrients.The edible rate was negatively correlated with available phosphorus(AP)in leaves,and positively correlated with manganese and zinc in leaves;The soluble solid was negatively correlated with pH and calcium in soil,and negatively correlated with P in leaves,and positively correlated with calcium and manganese in leaves;VC was negatively correlated with AP,available potassium(AK)and available iron in soil,and negatively N in leaves,and positively correlated with AN in soil,and positively correlated with P in leaves;the relationships of reducing sugar,sucrose,glucose and fructose with soil and leaves were consistent,and positively correlated with pH in soil,and positively correlated with N,P and K in leaves,and negatively correlated with iron in soil,and negatively correlated with calcium,manganese and zinc in leaves.The fruit quality of‘Longan’pomelo was mainly affected by nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,manganese and zinc in leaves,and also by pH,nitrogen,potassium and available iron in soil.The application amount of organic fertilizer and nitrogenous fertilizer should be increased in this orchard,and the leaves were sprayed with potassium and zinc,while that of calcium and phosphorus should be reduced.
