摘要
做好新型职业烟农的培育,既是贯彻落实中央政策的要求,也是顺应烟草行业发展的新形势,更是烟农自身发展的需要。结合中国职业烟农培育存在的筛选标准模糊、培训内容缺乏针对性、培训方式单一、评价体系不成熟、后续支撑不足、培育机制不系统等现实问题,分别提出针对性的对策建议。
Doing a good job in the cultivation of new professional tobacco farmers is not only to implement the requirements of the central policy,but also to comply with the new situation of the development of the tobacco industry,and it is also the needs of the tobacco farmers′own development.Combining with the practical problems of vague screening standards,lack of pertinence in training content,single training methods,immature evaluation system,insufficient follow-up support,and unclear main functions of professional tobacco growers in my country,we put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
