摘要
微生物絮凝剂因其安全可靠高效受到广泛关注,微生物絮凝剂主要包括蛋白型生物絮凝剂和多糖型生物絮凝剂两大类型。对于蛋白型絮凝剂,主要综述了酿酒酵母的絮凝剂和地衣芽孢杆菌的γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)的合成和调控基因。对于多糖型生物絮凝剂,主要综述了地衣芽孢杆菌和Agrobacterium tumefaciens的絮凝剂,柠檬酸杆菌的壳多糖和谷氨酸棒状杆菌的REA-11的合成和调控基因,并对提高微生物絮凝剂产量和降低成本提出了相关展望。
Microbial flocculants are widely concerned because of their safety,reliability and efficiency.Microbial flocculants mainly include two types:protein-type and polysaccharide type.For protein-type flocculant,the synthesis and regulatory genes of flocculant from Saccharomyces cerevisiae andγ-PGA from Bacillus licheniformis were mainly reviewed.For polysaccharidetype bioflocculants,the synthesis and regulation genes of the flocculants from Bacillus licheniformis and Agrobacterium tumefaciens,chitosan from Citrobacter and REA-11 from Corynebacterium glutamate were mainly summarized,and the prospect of increasing the yield and reducing the cost of microbial flocculants were put forward.
