缝纫机用电机节能降耗改造

摘要 为解决鲁泰制衣工厂普通缝纫机用离合器电机维修率高、耗电多的问题,介绍普通离合器电机现状及技术改造可行性;分析采用伺服电机对缝纫机进行改造的流程、效果及改造效益。实践表明:伺服电机不仅质量轻、体积小、功率大、速度快、终身免维护、能源使用率高达98.75%,且其使用寿命不少于10 a,经改造的缝纫机操作控制轻便、性能大幅提升,工人劳动强度降低,其运行稳定、噪声小、电机温升达标,达到节能、降耗、提效的目的,具有较高的应用及推广前景。 In order to solve the problems of high maintenance rate and power consumption of clutch motor for common sewing machine in Luthai garment factory,the present situation and feasibility for technical reform of common clutch motors are introduced.The process,effects and the reforming benefits of reforming sewing machine using the servo motor are analyzed.Production practice shows that the servo motor is light weight,small volume,large power,high speed,free maintenance in service life,and its energy utilization rate is as high as 98.75%,and its service life is not less than ten years.The modified sewing machine is convenience in operate and control,and the performance is improved significantly,so the labor intensity is reduced.The modified sewing machine is stable running,low noise,and the temperature rise of the motor meets the standard,so the goal of energy saving,consumption reducing and efficiency improving is achieved.The modified sewing machine has higher application and promotion prospects.
