摘要
高等院校在进行组织人事管理过程中,人事档案管理是一项重要的基础性、保障性工作,也是高校档案工作的重要组成部分。随着2018年《干部人事档案工作条例》颁布实施,干部人事档案管理进一步规范,干部人事档案的凭证性作用得以充分发挥。不论是从组织人事管理还是档案管理,高校人事档案管理工作内容和服务范畴愈发重要和广泛,如何完善高校人事档案管理体制机制,科学规范管理好高校人事信息资源,不仅在学术上值得深入探讨,在实际工作中更是需要研究和加强的重要课题。
In the process of the organization and personnel management in colleges and universities,the management of archives is not only an important basic and guarantee work,but also an important component of the university archives work.With the promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on the Work of Cadre Archives in 2018,the management of cadre archives has been further standardized,and the certification role of cadre archives has been fully played.During the process of talent management,cadre management and personnel management,the dependence on the certification role of cadre archives is more obvious than before.Whether from the perspective of the organization and personnel management or archives management,the content and service scope of archives management in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important and extensive.How to improve the management system and mechanism of archives in colleges and universities and manage personnel information resources in a scientific and standardized way is not only worth in-depth discussion in academia,but also an important topic that needs to be studied and strengthened in practical work.
