摘要
为提高内齿轮泵的流量,降低内齿轮泵的流量脉动和压力脉动,研究一种新型的复合内齿轮泵.建立了复合内齿轮泵的流量及流量脉动理论模型.以复合内齿轮泵的流量脉动系数最小、体积最小为目标函数进行多目标优化.利用Matlab软件计算得到优化后复合内齿轮泵的流量特性曲线,计算得到其流量脉动系数仅为0.41%.利用AMEsim软件仿真得到优化后内齿轮泵的压力脉动系数为0.46%.研究结果表明:新型复合内齿轮泵能够显著降低内齿轮泵的流量脉动和压力脉动,改善内齿轮泵的性能.
In order to improve the flow rate of internal gear pump and reduce the flow rate and pressure pulsation of internal gear pump,a new compound internal gear pump was developed.The flow rate and flow pulsation model of compound internal gear pump were established theoretically.The flow pulsation coefficient and volume minimum of compound internal gear pump were taken as objective functions for multi-objective optimization design.The flow characteristic curve of the optimized compound internal gear pump was calculated by using Matlab software,and the flow pulsation coefficient was calculated to be 0.41%.The pressure pulsation coefficient of the optimized internal gear pump was 0.46%by using AMEsim software simulation analysis.The results show that the compound internal gear pump can significantly reduce the flow and pressure fluctuation,thereby improving the performance of the internal gear pump.
