摘要
运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法对西南大学化学教师教育研究所黄梅团队构建的《中学化学教师教学能力表现性评价指标体系》进行修订,运用决策技术中的层次分析法确定了指标体系权重。将此指标体系用于评价化学教师教学竞赛中各参赛选手的比赛成绩,经数据分析得出此指标体系具有良好的效度,能较准确地测评出化学教师的教学能力,其对于化学教师的评价具有一定的适用价值。
This paper revised the index system by expert interview and questionnaire survey,which was constructed by HUANG Mei’s team in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Southwest University.Then this paper determined the weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in decision-making technology.Finally,the index system was used to evaluate the performance of each contestant in the chemistry teachers’teaching contest.The result showed that the index system can effectively evaluate the teaching ability of chemistry teachers.
