摘要
目的观察Mulligan动态关节松动术结合牵伸疗法治疗肩周炎患者的临床疗效。方法将本院于2020年5月—2021年5月纳入的78例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组39例和试验组39例。对照组采用牵伸疗法,试验组采用Mulligan动态关节松动术结合牵伸疗法。对比两组肩周炎患者的临床疗效,治疗前后肩关节活动范围、肩关节功能。结果治疗前,两组的肩关节各方向活动范围、肩关节疼痛及功能障碍指数量表(SPADI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组肩关节前屈上举、旋转、后伸、内收的活动范围明显大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的SPADI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mulligan动态关节松动术结合牵伸疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效显著,能够减轻患者肩关节疼痛程度,提高肩关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with stretching therapy in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 78 patients with frozen shoulder who were enrolled in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group of 39 cases and an experimental group of 39 cases according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with stretching therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with stretching therapy.The clinical efficacy of the patients with frozen shoulder between the two groups was compared,and the range of motion of the shoulder joint and the function of the shoulder joint were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the range of motion of the shoulder joint in all directions and the shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI)score(P>0.05);after treatment,the range of motion of shoulder flexion and lift,rotation,extension and adduction in the experimental group were significantly greater those that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the SPADI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with stretching therapy in the treatment of frozen shoulder is significant,which can reduce the pain of the shoulder joint and improve the function of the shoulder joint.
