摘要
目的探讨温阳化瘀汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者中医症候积分的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2021年8月邳州市中医院心内科收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机抽签法将其分入对照组和治疗组,每组40例。两组均采用对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,治疗组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合温阳化瘀汤治疗,两组均连续治疗28 d。比较两组的临床疗效、中医症候积分及心功能。结果治疗后,治疗组的中医症候积分(12.46±3.85)分低于对照组的(20.61±4.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的左室射血分数明显高于对照组,血浆N末端B型利钠肽前体水平明显低于对照组,6 min步行试验距离明显长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗优良率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳化瘀汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效显著,治疗后患者心功能明显改善,中医症候积分降低,临床症状显著缓解。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan on TCM syndrome score of chronic heart failure patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group by random drawing,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,and the treatment group was treated with sacubitril valsartan combined with Wenyang Huayu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 28 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was(12.46±3.85)points,lower than(20.61±4.38)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the plasma level of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the 6-minute walking test distance was significantly longer than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.After treatment,cardiac function of patients is significantly improved,TCM syndrome score is reduced,and clinical symptoms are significantly relieved.
