摘要
目的探讨在进行原发性下肢静脉曲张患者护理时,将优质护理应用于其中的效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年12月进行研究,录入30名原发性下肢静脉曲张接受手术患者作为研究对象,本次研究选择对照实验进行两组均分,单组内设置15名患者,记名为对照组与实验组。对照组患者选择常规护理,实验组患者应用优质护理,记录患者的疼痛状况和心理状态。结果在本次试验结果中,实验组患者的康复状况优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在进行原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的护理时,将优质护理应用于其中,有助于使患者的护理质量得到提升,值得进行推广。
objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with primary varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods from January 2017 to December 2019,30 patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities were selected as the research objects.In this study,the control experiment was selected and divided into two groups equally.There were 15 patients in a single group,named as the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing,and the pain status and psychological state of the patients were recorded.results in the results of this experiment,the rehabilitation status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).conclusion in the nursing of patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities,the application of highquality nursing is helpful to improve the nursing quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
