摘要
目的研究分析多元化健康教育对乳腺癌病人术后功能锻炼的影响。方法收集2019年1月-2020年1月期间我院收治的乳腺癌病人64例为研究对象,根据随机原则开展分组处理,对照组行常规护理,研究组行多元化健康教育,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组32例乳腺癌病人的术后各项肩关节活动度均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在乳腺癌病人的术后护理中多元化健康教育效果理想,能够有效提升患者术后功能锻炼能力,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of diversified health education on postoperative functional exercise of breast cancer patients.Methods 64 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January-2020 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random principle.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received diversified health education.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results the shoulder activity of 32 cases of breast cancer patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion diversified health education is ideal in postoperative nursing of breast cancer patients.It can effectively improve the postoperative functional exercise ability of patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
