低浓度草甘膦对多甲藻和微囊藻增殖影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究含C—P键的草甘膦对多甲藻和微囊藻的增殖影响,以0.05 mg·L-1草甘膦为磷源开展实验室模拟实验.结果表明:单培养时,与起始生物量相比,多甲藻和微囊藻生物量分别增加了4.4倍和61.9倍;共培养时,多甲藻生物量占比从49.7%降至5.5%,而微囊藻生物量占比从50.3%升至94.5%.通过测定培养过程中两藻种生理生化指标的变化,推测微囊藻可能是利用草甘膦进而取得竞争优势,而多甲藻的增殖可能受低浓度草甘膦的刺激胁迫而增殖,水体环境中草甘膦的存在增加了蓝藻水华发生的可能. In order to explore the effect of glyphosate containing C—P bond on the proliferation of Peridinium umbonatum var.inaequale and Microcystis aeruginosa,0.05 mg·L-1 glyphosate was used as the phosphorus source for laboratory culture.The results showed that the biomass of Peridinium and M.aeruginosa increased by 4.4 and 61.9 times respectively,compared with the initial biomass under single culture and the biomass of Peridinium decreased from 49.7%to 5.5%,while the biomass of M.aeruginosa increased from 50.3%to 94.5%.By measuring the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of the two species during culture,it was speculated that M.aeruginosa may use glyphosate to gain competitive advantage,and the proliferation of Peridinium may be stimulated and stressed by low concentration glyphosate.The presence of glyphosate in water environment increases the possibility of cyanobacteria blooming.
