摘要
影响航空发动机地面起动特性的因素众多且复杂,顺风环境是其中一个重要因素。介绍了一种顺风环境中航空发动机地面起动的试验方法,通过对发动机起动过程的机理分析,结合发动机起动成功判据,给出试验工况和注意事项。某型发动机装机试验结果表明,顺风环境对发动机地面起动特性影响明显,存在发动机地面起动成功的最大顺风风速值。试验方法可用于评估顺风环境下航空发动机地面起动能力,为发动机的研制和装机试验积累了经验。
The downwind environment is one of the important factors that influence the ground starting characteristics of aero-engine.A test method of aero-engine ground starting in downwind environment is introduced.By analyzing the mechanism of engine starting process,combining with the successful criterion of engine starting,the test conditions and matters needing attention are given.The test results of an engine loading system show that the downwind environment has obvious effect on the ground starting characteristics of the engine,and there is the maximum downwind speed value of the successful ground starting of the engine.The test method can be used to evaluate the ground starting ability of aero-engine in downwind environment,and it has accumulated experience for engine development and loading test.
