摘要
针对高速飞机发动机舱冲压进气冷却问题,提出了一种快速设计方法。具体介绍了该方法下的模型简化策略、边界条件约束、热平衡方程等,并针对高速飞机发动机舱冷却需求,完成了典型飞行状态下的方案快速设计,以及其他状态点下的冷却能力校验。同时,以方案快速设计结果为输入,通过发动机舱冷却三维仿真,得到了舱内温度分布情况,该结果能较好满足发动机舱冷却快速设计需求,说明该发动机舱冷却快速设计方法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of the ram air cooling in engine cabin of high-speed aircraft,a quick design method is proposed.The model simplification strategy,boundary conditions and heat balance equations under this method are introduced in detail.According to the cooling requirements of engine cabin of high-speed aircraft,the scheme quick design under typical flight state and the cooling capacity verification under other state points are completed.At the same time,based on the quick design results of the scheme and the three-dimension simulation of engine cabin cooling,the temperature distribution in the engine cabin was obtained.The results can well meet the requirements of engine cabin cooling design,and demonstrate the feasibility of the quick design method of engine cabin cooling in this paper.
