摘要
新中国成立初期,福建省灾害频发,各地纷纷出现粮荒,严重影响了农业生产和灾区人民的生活。福建省委、省政府将粮食救济作为中心工作,贯穿政府赈济、生产自救、社会互济全过程,克服了灾荒,恢复发展了农业生产,同时提高了防灾救灾能力,有力地增强了人民群众对党和政府的政治认同。
In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,disasters occurred frequently in Fujian province,and grain shortage occurred everywhere,which seriously affected the agricultural production and the lives of the people in the disaster areas.Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Fujian Provincial Government took food relief as the central work,which ran through the whole process of government relief,production self-rescue and social assistance.They overcame the famine,restored and developed agricultural production,improved the ability of disaster prevention and relief,and effectively enhanced the people's political identity of the Party and the government.
