水中抗病毒药物污染现状及高级氧化降解研究

Situation of Antiviral Drugs Pollution in Water and Progress of Advanced Oxidation Degradation

摘要 新冠病毒疫情爆发以来,抗病毒药物(ATVs)使用量急剧增加。这些ATVs在治疗疾病的同时,其代谢产物会随着污水处理进入水体,对水环境中藻类、鱼类、水蚤等微生物产生一定毒性,甚至危害人类健康。鉴于ATVs进入水体带来的潜在环境和人体健康风险,该文综述了ATVs的物化特性、在水体中的污染现状及其生态毒性;阐述和分析了不同高级氧化技术对水中ATVs的降解效果和路径,并对ATVs的研究前景进行展望,期望为水环境中ATVs的相关研究提供理论支持。 Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic,the use of antiviral drugs(ATVs)has increased dramatically.While these ATVs treat diseases,their metabolites will enter the water body with sewage treatment,causing certain toxicity to algae,fish,water fleas and other microorganisms in the aquatic environment,and even endangering human health.In view of the potential environmental and human health risks caused by the entry of antiviral drugs into water,this article reviews the physicochemical characteristics of ATVs,their present situation of pollution in water,and their ecotoxicity.The degradation effects and pathways of different advanced oxidation techniques on ATVs in water are elaborated and analyzed,and the research prospects of ATVs are prospected,which is expected to provide theoretical support for the research of ATVs in aquatic environment.
