The Technologies of Treating and Recycling Natural Rubber Processing Wastewater

摘要 天然橡胶加工废水处理与资源化利用对于中国天然橡胶产业可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。该文对天然橡胶加工废水的来源、主要污染物质以及其危害等进行了总结和介绍。基于处理目标,对天然橡胶加工废水处理技术的原理、特点及存在的问题等进行了总结分析,包括预处理、厌氧生物处理、好氧生物处理及深度处理等。为了加深人们对天然橡胶加工废水资源化利用技术的认识,该文对乳清循环使用、废水作为液态肥灌溉及乳清中提取白坚木皮醇等技术进行了总结。为了适应国家对天然橡胶加工废水总氮排放要求日益严格的现状,该文对剩余污泥发酵产酸耦合反硝化脱氮技术与厌氧氨氧化脱氮技术进行了介绍,为保证甲烷产量的条件下实现高效生物脱氮提供技术支持。 The treatment and resource utilization of natural rubber processing wastewater is of great significance to the sustainable development of natural rubber industry in China.This paper summarizes the sources,main pollutants and hazards of natural rubber processing wastewater.Based on the goal of treatment,the principle,characteristics and existing problems of natural rubber processingw astewater treatment technology was summarized and analyzed,including pretreatment,anaerobic treatment,aerobic treatment and advanced treatment.To get a beeter understanding of the resource utilization technology of natural rubber processing wastewater,the technologies of whey recycling,wastewater as liquid fertilizer irrigation and extraction of quebrachitol from whey were summarized.In order to meet the more and more stringent requirements of the country for total nitrogen discharge from natural rubber processing wastewater,the technology of waster activated sludge fermentation coupling with denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation were introduced,providing technical support for high efficiency biological nitrogen removal under the condition of ensuring methane production.
