保定空气PM2.5中金属元素特征及健康风险评价 被引量:5

Characteristics of Metal Elements and Health Risk Assessment in PM of Baoding

摘要 为了解保定市环境空气PM2.5中重金属元素的污染特征及其健康风险,作者于2017年1月和7月采集了保定市城区5个地点的大气PM2.5样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了12种元素的质量浓度,利用富集因子法和主成分分析法探究了其主要来源,并利用人体健康风险评估模型对6种重金属元素进行了健康风险评价。结果表明:采样期间保定市PM2.5平均质量浓度冬季为(175.93±72.12)μg/m3,夏季为(48.05±10.16)μg/m3。PM2.5中12种金属元素的总浓度冬季为(462.15±317.61)ng/m3,夏季为(183.65±117.64)ng/m3,冬夏两季含量最高的元素均为Zn、Pb、Cu和Mn。富集因子和主成分分析结果显示保定市PM2.5载带重金属元素污染主要来自煤和石油的燃烧、交通尾气排放和工业排放等人为活动影响。风险评价结果显示As、Cd和Pb具有较高的致癌风险,提示保定市大气PM2.5中As、Cd、Pb的健康风险较高,应予以重视。 To understand the pollution characteristics and health risks of metal elements in atmospheric PM2.5 in the urban area of Baoding,this study collected atmospheric PM2.5 samples from 5 different areas of Baoding in January and July,2017.12 metal elements in PM2.5 were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and main sources of metal elements in PM2.5 were analyzed by enrichment factor method and principal component analysis.6 harmful elements were selected for health risk assessment.The results shows average mass concentration of PM2.5 in Baoding City during the sampling period is(175.93±72.12)μg/m3 in winter and(48.05±10.16)μg/m3 in summer.The total concentration of metal elements in PM2.5 is(462.15±317.61)ng/m3 in winter and(183.65±117.64)ng/m3 in summer;whether in winter or summer,the highest content elements are Zn,Pb,Cu and Mn.The results of enrichment factor and principal component analysis show that the heavy metal pollution in PM2.5 belt of Baoding mainly comes from coal combustion,traffic emissions and industrial pollution.Risk assessment showed that As,Cd and Pb elements had potential carcinogenic risks to human health.It is suggested that the health risks of As,Cd and Pb in PM2.5 in Baoding are relatively high,which should be paid attention to.
