摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)由于检测限低、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点,在高效准确测定硒含量上有着无可比拟的重要优势。然而,ICP-MS法容易受到多原子离子干扰,可能导致硒测定结果误差大。目前国家推行采测分离,地表水样中测定出的总硒结果有时差异较大。该文通过对ICP-MS地表中测定总硒时消解试剂盐酸的加入、样品中溴离子的干扰及实际地表水水样不同同位素的监测进行探讨,并对结果进行讨论,为准确测定地表水总硒提供了重要保证。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has unparalleled significance in efficient and accurate determination of selenium content due to its low detection limit,high sensitivity and wide linear range.However,the ICP-MS method is susceptible to interference of polyatomic ions,which may result in large errors in selenium measurement results.At present,the results of the determination of total selenium in surface water of national collection and separation tasks sometimes differ greatly.In this study,the addition of hydrochloric acid digestion reagent,the interference of bromide ions in the sample,and the monitoring of different isotopes in actual surface water samples in the determination of total selenium in ICP-MS were discussed,and the results were analyzed as well,in order to accurately determine total selenium in the surface water.
