摘要
为解决大跨度片状膜塑料(sheet molding compound,SMC)复合材料防护设备的生产制造难题,在保证门扇结构强度和设备耐候性能的基础上,提出了一种模块化SMC复合材料防护设备方案。以某型平置式大跨度复合材料防护设备为研究对象,对其门扇模块及模块连接方式进行了结构设计,对门扇基材及SMC片料铺层方式进行了优化设计。试验结果表明:设计的模块化复合材料防护设备结构强度可靠,门扇刚度较好,且具备较强的耐候性能。
In order to solve the manufacturing problem of large-span SMC(sheet molding compound)composite protective equipment,this paper proposes a modular SMC composite protective equipment scheme on the basis of ensuring the structural strength of the door leaf and the weather resistance properties of the equipment.Taking a certain type of flat-type large-span composite material protective equipment as the research object,the structural design of its door leaf module and connection mode is carried out,and the optimal design of the door base material and SMC sheet auxiliary layer is carried out.The test results show that the designed modular composite protective equipment has reliable structural strength,good stiffness and strong weather resistance properties.The proposed scheme has certain theoretical guiding significance and significant popularization and application value for solving the production problem of large-span moulded composite material protective equipment,saving the manufacturing and installation costs of protective equipment.
