摘要
对于外伸悬臂的单级高速离心式压缩机组,叶轮、转子和轴承是机组核心部件,其转子动力学设计校核的准确性关乎整个机组的安全稳定性。目前工程上常用的分析方法是将叶轮等效为集中质量和惯量施加到叶轮重心位置,为提高分析精度,本文建立了叶轮-转子-轴承的三维有限元分析模型,并与集中质量方法进行了对比,得出两种分析方法转子模态振型以及频率的差异。根据不同的工作转速,给出了叶轮-轴振型耦合作用影响的转速范围。
The impeller, rotor and bearing are the core components of single-stage high speed centrifugal compressor structure with overhanging cantilever. The common analysis method in engineering is equivalent to lumped mass and inertia applied to impeller center of gravity position. In order to improve the analysis precision, the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of impeller-rotor-bearing is established, and compared with lumped mass method. It is concluded the difference of the two kinds of modal analysis method between rotor vibration mode and frequency. According to different working speeds, the range of rotating speed affected by the impeller-shaft vibration coupling is given.
