超低能耗居住建筑示范云松金域华府项目高性能外窗应用技术浅析 被引量:7

摘要 门窗是整个建筑围护结构保温的薄弱部分,通过门窗损失的热量占到整个建筑物热量损失的50%,因此在超低能耗建筑中,门窗是关键。超低能耗高性能外窗是在满足基本质量功能的前提下,着重解决好外窗的保温性能和密封性能。高性能外窗的保温性能涉及门窗的设计、无热桥安装技术,密封性能涉及外窗的设计、高气密性安装技术。云松金域华府项目是中原地区建成的首座超低能耗居住建筑,对其高性能外窗系统设计、安装应用的技术进行介绍和分析,并通过现场检测对工程应用节能效果进行后评估,该项目节能效果和示范意义显著,可推广、可借鉴。 Doors and windows are the weak part of the thermal insulation of the entire building envelope.The heat loss through doors and windows accounts for 50%of the heat loss of the entire building.Therefore,doors and windows are the key in ultra-low energy buildings.Ultra-low energy consumption and high-performance external windows focus on solving the thermal insulation and sealing performance of external windows under the premise of satisfying basic quality functions.The thermal insulation of high-performance external windows involves door and window design,no thermal bridge installation technology;the sealing performance of external windows involves the design,high airtight installation.The Yunsong Jinyu Huafu Project is the first ultra-low-energy residential building built in the Central Plains in China.It introduces and analyzes the design,installation and application technology of its high-performance exterior window system.The post-evaluation of the energy-saving effect of the project achieved through on-site inspection shows that the energy efficiency and demonstration significance of the project are significant,which can be promoted and used for reference.
