摘要
以三亚市某采用低影响开发的建设小区为例,在对小区的地形、雨水径流方向、排水系统进行综合分析后,将小区划分为25个汇水分区,各汇水分区设置下凹式绿地或生物滞留设施,并利用容积法对该小区的径流控制量进行试算;在此基础上,基于暴雨径流管理模型(SWMM)分析该小区在三年一遇一小时降雨条件下开发建设前、传统开发、采用低影响开发(LID)后的3种不同方案径流变化情况,结果表明:采用LID开发后的径流量及高峰径流量较传统开发均有所减小,并且LID开发后的高峰径流量较传统开发削减了56.25%,LID设置能够满足三亚市海绵城市建设提出的控制指标要求。为今后海绵城市LID设施建设提供了理论依据和技术指导。
Taking a low impact development residential area in Sanya as an example,the district is divided into 25 catchment areas after comprehensive analysis of the terrain,direction of rain runoff and drainage system.The concave greenbelt or biological detention facilities are set up for each catchment area,and the runoff control quantity of study area is calculated by volume method.Based on the Storm Water Management Model(SWMM),the runoff variation of three different schemes of the plot under three-year and one-hour conditions is analyzed,the results show that:the runoff and peak runoff are reduced after using the LID facilities,and the summit runoff is reduced 56.25%by adopting LID.The LID facilities are capable of the control index requirements of sponge-city construction in Sanya City,providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for LID facilities in sponge-cities in the future.
